I started my career much like anyone else in technology. What changed my path was a simpler pull: I was more excited by why something needed to be built than by building it. That question led me toward business stakeholders, delivery teams, and eventually, to program management.
Over 17 years, I've led digital transformation across Retail, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, and Media. Not as a specialist in any one domain, but as someone who believes that the skills of a great program manager travel well across industries.
As Head of Program Delivery at Headrun Technologies, I helped build the delivery organization to 85 professionals, sustained client relationships for up to 15 years, and led compliance certifications (ISO 9001 and ISO 27001) that put governance at the center of how we work.
What motivates me every day is purpose: knowing the work of a project team will eventually impact many lives. My proudest achievements aren't projects. They are the people I've worked alongside, and what they've gone on to do.
My career has been built delivering enterprise-grade programs close to the business, as a trusted partner, often embedded in client teams and governance. The next step is to take that same accountability from the inside, shaping not just delivery but direction.
